Add It Up - Paper issues

I love this concept for a challenge and had to play along.

Here is how this challenge works. there is a list of scrappy items, each with its own point value, to use on your project. Each month there is a total number of points your project should have. 

Some months, it is a  lower point value and therefore, a "cleaner" project and other months you need to reach a higher point value. You can use anything on the list as long as it adds up to the total number of points chosen for the month.

Your point range this month is 110-120 !

I snuck it dead on 110.
